Appointment Information

The first appointment (75 minutes in-person, or 60 minutes telehealth) allows for a thorough physical therapy evaluation, including an assessment of posture, range of motion, strength, sensation, general mobility, and function, and adequate treatment time.

In-Person Visits

New pricing effective July 1, 2022

  • Initial Appointment
    75 minutes (evaluation + treatment):
    $150.00
  • Treatment Sessions
    45 minutes: $95.00
    75 minutes: $140.00
    Wellness Package of four (4) 45 minute sessions: $340.00

** In order to continue to provide quality care into the future and to do so while maintaining my health, length of sessions will decrease by 15 minutes (from 90 to 75 and from 60 to 45). Prices will remain the same.

Telehealth Visits

  • Initial Appointment
    60 minutes (evaluation + treatment): $125.00
  • Treatment Sessions
    45 minutes: $95.00
    30 minutes: $65.00

This is a cash-based physical therapy practice. Payment in full is expected at time of service. Cash, check or credit card are accepted. We are not a preferred provider for private insurance or Medicare.

Wellness Package: 4-45 Minute Treatment Sessions* In-Person Visits Only

  • For a total of $340 (excludes the initial appointment). This is a $40 savings.
  • Packages expire 1 year from date of purchase.  Completion of Wellness Package is advised within 90 days of purchase in order to encourage consistent body work and to assist you in accelerating your journey to wellness.
  • Treatments within each package are non-refundable and non-transferable.

*Wellness package applies to in-person treatment sessions only.
*Wellness Package does not apply to those who are submitting claims to medical insurance or motor vehicle insurance, or to those who are in litigation.
* If you have purchased a Wellness package prior to July 1, 2022, the four 60 minute sessions will be honored until they are completed.

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment is scheduled specifically for you. You will be expected to give a 24-hour notice for all cancellations, except in the case of an emergency. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled treatment session(s). Please remember to print, sign, and bring all client forms to your first appointment.

Appointment

Be prepared to be an active participant in your healing journey.

  • Open and honest communication is strongly encouraged.
  • Avoid lotions or oils on the skin as this reduces the effectiveness of the treatment.
  • Wear loose- fitting shorts. Sports bras, swimsuit tops, bras, and tank tops are best for women.
  • Drink plenty of water before and after treatment sessions.
  • Avoid large meals prior to treatment sessions.
  • When appropriate, you will be given therapeutic exercises to perform at home.  The efforts you actively make to complete these exercises will help you to achieve your wellness goals.
  • Sometimes you may feel worse before you feel better. This is referred to as the “healing response.” Typically, this lasts no more than three days after treatment. Please refer to the “Healing Theory Common Questions” for more information.

Telehealth Client Forms

Please review and sign all client forms before your first telehealth appointment. There are a couple of ways you can sign and return the “Consent for Telehealth” form.  You can print it out, sign it, scan it into your computer, and email it back. Insurance

We are a fee for service/private pay Physical Therapy/Massage Therapy practice. We do not contract with any insurance company or provider including Medicare/Medicaid. Law prevents us from providing Medicare beneficiaries with what would be considered “normally covered services.” If you are a Medicare beneficiary and would still like to request treatment at our clinic, please call us at 520-870-5794.

If you are not a Medicare beneficiary and choose to submit a claim to insurance, follow these suggestions.

As a fee for service/private pay practice, we are able to provide more comprehensive and individualized treatment sessions ranging from 45 to 75 minutes with a focus on manual therapy techniques and one-on-one care.
