Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! But it depends on the time of year and the current case load. Contact us for up-to-date scheduling availability.

  • For new patients, it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 12 weeks.

    For established patients (those who have been seen within the past year) it can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. 

  • No, we cannot accommodate same day appointments.

  • The simple answer is no.  In order to provide our patients with the best level of individualized care, we do not contract with any insurance company or provider including Medicare/Medicaid.  If you have private insurance and choose to submit a claim to insurance, follow these suggestions.

  • Payment in full is expected at time of service. 

    Cash, check, credit card, and FSA/HSA cards are accepted.

    For security and privacy reasons, we do not accept Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App.

  • No, we do not do traditional Swedish massage.  Patients get longer lasting benefits from the blend of techniques we offer.

  • Nearly everyone would benefit from Myofascial Release. This technique along with others used in treatment sessions help to enhance the “rest, digest and befriend” part of our nervous system, the parasympathetic branch. 

    These techniques also help to calm the “fight or flight” part of our nervous system, the sympathetic branch.
